"Full-Service Bankruptcy" is just another way of saying that the attorney or the attorney's assistant prepares all the paperwork from the information that you bring to his office. Full Service Bankruptcy is the only kind of bankruptcy that some law firms offer. If you can afford it, it's the easiest (but not necessarily the quickest) way to get your case filed. We've handled full-service Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 cases for over thirty years.

Not everyone qualifies for our Louisiana Online e-Bankruptcy Project; in fact, most prospective clients do not. It is currently only available if: 1) your property is NOT currently involved in foreclosure or repossession proceedings, and 2) you earn less than the median household income for residents of the state, and 3) you are NOT self-employed.
